Milan look to France. Rossoneri are one of the most active teams. Not only for the current window but also for the June transfer market window.
Talks are progressing with RC Strasbourg for Mohamed Simakan. Maldini wants to close the deal for around €15M plus add-ons, but Strasbourg wants at least €20M. The dialogue will go on and there could be a closure soon. Milan is ready to give him a five-year contract for around €2M.
Also in France, Milan follows Koudadio Koné, the Toulouse midfielder. But for now, his club sets a value that is too high for Milan. The Rossoneri hope to conclude the deal for less that €10M, also because the midfielder plays in a Ligue 2 team. The negotiation will continue in the next few hours.
Not only movements for this market window. Milan are also moving for June and have not lost their contacts for Thauvin. The player has refused the renewal with Marseille and is waiting for a call from Maldini who communicated his real interest to Thauvin's entourage already in September. The French earns €4M a year and AC Milan offers for around €3M. Let's see in the coming days if the Rossoneri decide to speed up the negotiations. Thauvin has many other requests but Milan is one of his favourite destinations.
