AC Milan signed in the previous winter mercato Fikayo Tomori on loan from Chelsea. The 23 year-old English centre-back.
The young talented defender showed his qualities despite entering to replace the injured Simon Kjaer in an intense derby which ended in a loss. He also started from the beginning against Bologna as he seemed to be a reliable player for the defense. If Tomori continues like this, it would not be surprising that Milan will be trying to sign him permanently from Chelsea.
There could be great news that increase the Rossoneri's chances. As the new manager Tuchel has his own vision for the defense, one that does not include having Tomori on his squad.
The outlet of Sport BILD highlights the information that Chelsea want to give their new German coach Thomas Tuchel a new defender for next season. The club set its sights on Dayot Upamecano of RB Leipzig, David Alaba from Bayern Munich and there is also the latter's teammate Niklas Süle.
