Brahim Diaz is set to return to AC Milan after the loan agreement with Real Madrid, which was agreed upon last year, has expired.
Milan are keen to keep the Spanish attacking midfielder because they are convinced of his potential and qualities. In his first season in Italy, Brahim Diaz displayed his abilities and helped the team win in important games.
According to what is reported in today's print edition of the Turin-based newspaper, Tuttosport, Brahim Diaz should return to AC Milan this week. The Spaniard will arrive on a costly loan of 3 million euros with a buy-option set at 19 million euros.
Real Madrid, on the other hand, has ensured for itself the possibility of counter-redeeming the player for a fee set at 27 million euros, an option that can be exercised in the summer transfer window of the 2022 transfer market.
