This morning, O Jogo, one of Portugal's leading sports newspapers, broke a sensational story closely involving AC Milan and specifically their star left-winger Rafael Leao.
According to the newspaper, the Saudi club Al-Hilal is keen on the Portuguese talent from the Rossoneri and is ready to go to great lengths to sign the player.
In today's front page, O Jogo headlines unequivocally:
"Al Hilal Attacks Rafa Leao."
According to the source, The Saudi club wants to build a team capable of winning the Club World Cup. The FIFA competition will be held at the end of the next season, a year from now, for the first time using the classic World Cup format for national teams.
The Milan forward has a release clause of 175 million euros. This figure,however, does not deter the Saudis; on the contrary, the Al-Hilal club management will come forward with an irresistible proposal to the Rossoneri directors.
