The situation regarding the arrests of some of the ultras leaders from the South and North Curvas continues to be topics of discussions at AC Milan and Inter.
Today's newspapers provide updates on the matter, which involves several registered individuals accused of having meetings and relationships with representatives of organised fans.
These include Inter's coach Simone Inzaghi, vice president Javier Zanetti, and former defender Milan Skriniar. For Milan, captain Davide Calabria has also appeared in the wiretaps related to the investigation.
In the coming days, they will be interviewed by prosecutors as witnesses to clarify their positions and those of their respective clubs, which, despite being considered victims, risk facing some penalties. The most likely penalty concerns Article 4, which governs the prohibition of any relationship with fan groups by registered members.

From tickets to the transfer market
One of the main issues at the center of the investigations is the sale of tickets, considered a true business for the ultras. This has led to "pressures" directed at Inzaghi and Zanetti, as well as players like Calhanoglu and Barella, regarding the 2023 Champions League final.
One of the two teams was supposed to participate, and an agreement to share the profits from ticket sales had already been made between the two fan groups.
A similar incident occurred a few weeks earlier involving Milan's ultra leader Luca Lucci. Contacts have emerged with one of the ultra leaders from the Sanità district of Naples, to whom he allegedly provided tickets for the Champions League quarterfinal match between Milan and Napoli, destined for members of the city's clans.
The transfer market is also central to this matter. Following Skriniar's departure, organized fans play a role here as well. In January 2023, there was a meeting between two representatives of Inter's North Curve and the defender, who was about to leave. During that time, a voice message sent to Simone Inzaghi and a stop from Marotta regarding a meeting that was supposed to take place at Pinetina also surfaced.
In April 2024, there was an altercation between Luca Lucci and another historical figure from the South Curve, "Barone" Giancarlo Capelli. The latter had given an interview mentioning De Zerbi as the new coach. Lucci reprimanded him, saying, "We’re pushing for Conte, and you’re telling me about De Zerbi?" This indicates that even within the Curva itself, relationships are not as aligned as they might seem.
New developments are expected in the coming hours and days. The clubs have already declared themselves as victims and are ready to cooperate with the authorities to clarify the situation.
This matter tarnishes, indelibly, the world of football but especially that of Milan and Inter.
