According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the arrival of Sergio Conceição as Milan's coach could open up new and interesting transfer market scenarios for the Rossoneri in January's transfer market window, thanks to the collaboration with the new coach's agent, Jorge Mendes.

The well-known agent can propose several talents on AC Milan's table
In defence, it will be important to understand if Conceição can reintegrate Fikayo Tomori into the starting lineup and recover the summer signing Strahinja Pavlović. Otherwise, in the event of a sale, a new reinforcement in defense will be needed. According to La Gazzetta, Conceição's Milan could target António Silva, a 2003-born central defender from Benfica, engaging in a duel with Juventus.
For now, Juventus is leading, but the market can change quickly.
In attack, there will be a need to clarify the future of Samuel Chukwueze and Noah Okafor. It's unlikely both will be deemed useful for the cause, so one of them could be sold to make space for one of Mendes' brightest talents.

We’re talking about Francisco Trincão, a 1999-born left-footed winger who plays on the right: he has moved from Sporting Braga, Barcelona, and Wolverhampton before landing at Sporting Lisbon in 2022.
His valuation, considering his 6 goals and 11 assists in 27 matches this season, is around 25 million euros.
There are also a couple of other ideas from Mendes for the new Milan under Conceição.
The first is a potential revival for Giovanni Reyna, a 2002-born attacking midfielder from the United States, who has struggled due to injuries after an impressive start at Borussia Dortmund.
The second, should Ismaël Bennacer not provide guarantees, leads to Daniel Bragança, a 1999-born playmaker at Sporting Lisbon, a deal worth 15 million euros.
