The Italian newspaper 'Il Corriere della Sera', on newsstands today, writes the following about Rafael Leao, who is on the market and could leave Milan this summer:
"Even within the club, there are those who believe that a separation would benefit everyone. First and foremost the player, who might rediscover his peace of mind with a change of environment. The whistles at San Siro were evidence of a rift with the fans, who seem to have lost faith in him."
AC Milan will listen to and assess any offers that come in for the Portuguese forward, but they have no intention of offering discounts and will not go below €40–50 million. At the moment, no concrete proposals have arrived, but at Casa Milan there is hope that the World Cup could serve as the right stage for Leao to showcase himself and attract suitors. For Rafa, the Premier League and Saudi Arabia remain the most likely destinations.
