AC Milan’s transfer market will not be limited to Gonçalo Ramos and, perhaps, Antonio Silva, nor even to the relationship with Jorge Mendes. The Rossoneri club will have to complete the squad with other operations, but also make room through some sales.
Among the names available, Fofana, Loftus-Cheek, Gimenez and of course Leao remain hot, with the latter certain to weigh heavily in the technical and economic assessments of the new Milan era.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is pushing for Kerim Alajbegovic:
At this stage Zlatan Ibrahimovic appears more focused on his role as an analyst for his Fox Sports colleagues than on Milan, but as Senior Advisor to Cardinale he has already identified a very interesting profile to strengthen Ruben Amorim’s squad. The player in question is Kerim Alajbegovic, a Bosnian winger who, it seems, has impressed Ibrahimovic due to his talent, with the 2007-born player being one who dribbles, plays with imagination and has great attacking freedom. Milan are also said to have already taken initial steps to understand the situation, with Bayer Leverkusen starting from a valuation of around 25 million euros, as relayed via Milan News.
Hjulmand is a dream for AC Milan:
Between one attacking player and another, Ruben Amorim has also pointed out other appreciated players to Cardinale, some of whom he has already coached. The first name is Morten Hjulmand, a Danish holding midfielder and former Lecce player, who broke through at Sporting Lisbon under the Portuguese coach’s management. The problem, however, is the cost, as the Portuguese club values Hjulmand at at least 50 million euros. For this reason, Milan are also considering cheaper alternatives for the midfield, such as Marc Casadó of Barcelona.
