At the end of the World Cup, Milan will have several issues to resolve. One of them is undoubtedly Adrien Rabiot’s future with the Rossoneri, after the midfielder arrived right at the end of last summer’s transfer window because he was strongly and decisively wanted by his main coach figure, Massimiliano Allegri. Today, the Livorno-born coach is at Napoli following his dismissal by Milan, and there are rumours that he could ask Rabiot to follow him there as well. For now, however, Milan and Amorim are waiting for him.
Milan, Amorim is waiting for Rabiot
This morning, Quotidiano Sportivo attempted to analyse Adrien Rabiot’s situation. The headline reads:
"Rabiot, Milan dilemma. But Amorim is waiting for him."
The subheading adds: "The midfielder is taking his time: 'I will speak with the coach later.' Allegri would like him at Napoli, but his mother-agent is ‘winking’ at the Rossoneri."
Veronique, Rabiot’s mother and agent, is reportedly understood to have made it clear to Milan that there is no intention of moving away this summer either.
