Ruben Amorim has asked for a reinforcement in the attacking midfield department, specifically a left-footed playmaker capable of adding creativity and quality to AC Milan's attack.
Several names have been linked with the Rossoneri. Among them is Matias Soulé, who is expected to leave Roma and has been offered to the club by his agent. Another is Franco Mastantuono, although Real Madrid are only willing to let the Argentine youngster leave on a dry loan. Ethan Nwaneri is also on Milan's radar, but the Arsenal talent is attracting interest from RB Leipzig, Everton and Fulham as well.
According to Corriere della Sera this morning, Milan will only move for an attacking midfielder after Rafael Leão is sold. However, the Portuguese forward has reportedly turned down Fenerbahçe in recent hours. Galatasaray also remain interested, but Leão is still hoping for an offer from either the Premier League or La Liga.
