Tuttosport, the daily Turin-based newspaper, in this morning's print edition, dedicated space to the latest AC Milan deal in the transfer market:
"Milan, the Mendes formula: Moreira for €50 million"

The source explains that thanks to the involvement of Jorge Mendes, who was already instrumental in Gonçalo Ramos’ move to the Rossoneri, Milan also finalised the signing of Diego Moreira in recent hours for a fee of more than €50 million. It represents another major investment from Gerry Cardinale, taking Milan’s spending in this summer transfer window to more than €150 million.
Milan must now accelerate their efforts to offload players, with several members of the squad needing to be moved on. Among them is Rafael Leao, who in recent days has also been offered to Roma, who are looking for a wide forward. In order to facilitate the Portuguese winger’s departure, the Rossoneri have lowered their asking price, and €40–45 million should now be enough to secure the former Lille player.
